We may:
- Introduce you to independent specialist finance providers.
- Introduce you to developers and builders.
- Source Off The Plan property opportunities.
- Present property options that meet your stated brief.
- Coordinate communication between relevant parties during the purchase process.
We do not act as your financial adviser, legal adviser, accountant, tax adviser or buyer's agent.
Independent Advice
Before purchasing any property you should obtain independent advice from appropriately qualified professionals, including:
- Financial Adviser
- Accountant
- Solicitor or Conveyancer
- Mortgage or Finance Specialist
Any property presented by Realestate Deals Australia is supplied for your consideration only.
The final purchasing decision remains entirely yours.
Property Information
Property information supplied by Realestate Deals Australia has been obtained from developers, builders, project marketers and other third parties.
While reasonable care is taken, we cannot guarantee:
- availability
- pricing
- rental estimates
- future capital growth
- construction timeframes
- investment performance
You should undertake your own due diligence before proceeding.
Finance
Where requested, we may introduce you to independent specialist finance providers.
Finance approval is entirely at the discretion of the lender.
Realestate Deals Australia does not provide:
- credit assistance
- lending advice
- financial product advice
Our Remuneration
Our property sourcing and introduction service is provided free of charge.
Realestate Deals Australia may receive commissions, referral fees or other remuneration from:
- finance providers
- developers
- builders
- project marketers
- referral partners
These commissions are paid by those businesses and do not increase the purchase price you pay for a property.
Privacy
You authorise Realestate Deals Australia to collect and use your personal information for the purpose of:
- property sourcing
- finance introductions

- communicating with finance specialists
- coordinating the purchase process
Your information will only be shared where reasonably necessary to provide the services you have requested or where required by law.

Non-Circumvention
You agree that you will not circumvent Realestate Deals Australia Pty Ltd. This means you will not bypass, attempt to bypass, or deal directly with any stock provider, developer or property introduced through Realestate Deals Australia Pty Ltd in a manner that avoids our involvement or any applicable introduction fee, for the purposes of securing stock or property introduced via our network.
Pre-existing relationships are exempt. If you have an existing, documented relationship with a stock provider or developer that was established prior to your introduction through Realestate Deals Australia Pty Ltd, that relationship is exempt from this non-circumvention clause. Any such pre-existing relationship must be substantiated upon request.
